We are passionate about music, the development of children, and care deeply about the families that we work with. We incorporate the research and early childhood music ideology of Orfe, Edwin Gordon, Dalcroze Eurythmics, Kodaly, to name a few.  The experience builds, among other things, a musical foundation for your child in a fun, playful, no-pressure environment.

Cathy Shapiro, Director

Cathy absolutely loves teaching early childhood music.  Growing up in a musical family, Cathy has enjoyed a passion for music for as long as she can remember. 

Cathy has sung on many recordings, for films and documentaries, performed live with  various singer-songwriters, and currently performs with the Perfomers Collective. Cathy loves that she is sharing this passion with young people and hopes that it is something that they will enjoy throughout their lives.

Cathy's other love is children. She was a preschool teacher for 4 years, and is now enjoying the best job of her life, being a mom! She has an enthusiasm and silliness that are contagious with adults and children alike!
