Registration now open for Fall
All of the info is on the registration page, but we wanted to let you know about a couple of important things before you head there:
Higher cost of tuition: We realize that this session costs more than is typical for us, but know that it is a much longer session. Our prices have not actually gone up! This is a 13-week session as compared to our typical 10-week sessions! We will be holding classes all of the way up until mid-December!
SMS Text Opt-In: For urgent and last-minute communications
If we ever need to cancel/postpone a class due to weather (or unforeseen circumstances) or have something of immediate importance come up, we will need to communicate with you and we will do it through our back-office texting system.
You only need to opt-in to receive the texts. (And, when you create an account, the default is that you are opted in). If you are unsure, or need to switch your preference, it is located on your account preferences page. There is a link HERE to check.
Please know that we never overly communicate. This tool is only used when we feel we need to reach out with important information.
Please note that for last year or so, we used the Remind App for these communications, but we are going to try out using our system this Fall
Customer Portal: Easy access to everything you need!
Once you are logged in, you will see "customer portal" in your menu bar. The portal is loaded so that everything you need is right at your fingertips! It includes quick and easy links to:
*Register
*Make a payment
*SMS Text Opt-in
*Current Covid Compliance Forms
*Instructions on how to mark absences and schedule makeups
*The Makeup Scheduler
*Location Maps
*Your personal "Refer a Friend" referral link and code
*Your Music Playlists
*FAQ
and more!!!
Please choose a 2nd class choice (if possible) as classes must reach the minimum amount of families to run.
Shade: It is still hot out there, but know that both of our locations have plenty of shade and especially because classes are in the mornings, we have found our outdoor classes, even in the Summer are generally cool (and comfortable!)
ALL classes require ALL adults to be fully vaccinated. NO EXCEPTIONS |
Masks are optional throughout the class, including any closer in activities (like a parachute). Participating in closer activities is at your discretion and your teacher will modify the activity accordingly.

Waitlists:
Please join the waitlist through the registration link. Anyone on the waitlist will be the first to know when and if spots become available and get priority on any newly opened classes.
Class Details:
- Credit: If you have a credit in our system, it will automatically apply to your registration fees. If you have any issues, please reach out.
- Covid Safety: Please see the list of Covid safety protocols below
- Covid Compliance/Waivers: Covid Compliance/Waiver Forms must be signed and filed with us in order to participate in class. If you have already signed a waiver with us, we have it on file. Please note that any adult accompanying a child MUST have a signed waiver on file. (Download is available here)
- Flexibility: PLEASE have flexibility in case we run into inclement weather, illness or city covid mandates that force us to postpone any of the classes. If we end up having to postpone any classes, we will add those classes on to the end of the session. (Or possibly find a date that works as a makeup day for everyone).
- BYOI: (Bring your own instruments) Because Covid numbers are fairly low, we are sharing most instruments with children these days, and with your help, sanitizing them between uses. But, using ours is always at your discretion and you are welcome to bring your own (we send out bi-weekly emails to let you know what we plan on using, offer substitutes for objects around the house as well as some fun activities if you want to DIY it and make a craft day with your kiddos out of it! ). We do ask, though, that each child will bring a handful of instruments (or instrument-like objects) for our family jam and we will sometimes request certain simple props from around the house.
- Email Announcements: We will send out emails with a list of what to bring to your class as well as keep you up-to-date on any other important info.
- Makeup policy: Makeups are not a guaranteed part of enrollment. They are only available as space allows. Families needing a make up MUST mark themselves absent for the class that they are missing as that allows their spot to be used as a makeup for another family. We will also continue to offer access to our library of recordings of Miss Savanna's online classes for you to watch any time. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for any classes missed. Here is a link to the class recordings (they will only be accessible to currently enrolled families): Class Recordings
Covid Safety Protocols:
We know that there is no scenario that is 100% safe, but we are doing our very best to provide the safest environment possible for our families and most importantly our young children. Any activity has inherent risks, but by adhering to these safety protocols, we hope to minimize exposure to the virus. Please read the following carefully and know that by enrolling in our classes, you are expected to follow these rules.
- All adults attending classes must be FULLY VACCINATED. Studies are indicating that breatkthrough infections are less likely to spread the virus than unvaccinated people who are infected. That's because people who have been vaccinated and boosted shed the virus for shorter periods of time.
- Hand-sanitizing: We ask that all participants sanitize their hands just prior to class start
- Mask-Optional classes: You now have to option to wear or not wear masks throughout the entire class. We do encourage wearing masks in our closer in activities, like the parachute, but it is at your discretion. We reserve the right to change our masking policy to be more strict as we see fit (independent of what the state, county and city mandate)
- Social Distancing: Please bring a blanket or towel to sit/stay on so that you can stay socially distant during the class. We will have some closer activities (like parachutes) which you can engage in at your level of comfort. We will adapt the activity for you if you choose to stay on your blanket. Parents are responsible for enforcing these rules with their children.
- Instruments and Props: As stated above, each child will bring their own instruments for our family jam and are welcome to bring their own instruments for the entire class.Miss Erin and Miss Savanna will bring extras to share in a safe way (which is at your discretion)
- Exposure: Each participant is required to NOT attend class if they or anyone in their family is ill, has a fever, or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid. Always err on the side of safety and health, as Covid symptoms can be mild.
- Please do not linger after class: We want to make sure that the next class has an opportunity to safely enter the area and remain socially distant, so please leave the general area as soon as class ends.
- 1 Adult per child except with prior approval: If your significant other/grandparent wants the opportunity to experience the class with your little one, please get prior approval and make sure that they have signed the waiver. We wish we could, but we cannot allow any drop in visitors.
If you have read and agree to all of the above:
You must sign and email us this Covid Compliance waiver at registration:
