Schedule a Make Up!
Make Up Info:
How many?: As a courtesy, each student gets up to 2 make ups per paid session. And as our classes are usually booked to capacity, make ups are not guaranteed. Make ups can not be carried over for any reason.
Absences: When you know that you will be missing a date of the session please log into your account and click the "Schedule" tab. All of your classes are listed and on the right next to the class you will miss click "Mark Absent". This is what allows your spot to be open for another family and also allows you to schedule a makeup.(Note: the deadline for marking yourself absent from a class is 11:30 pm the night before).
How to Schedule a Make up: All Make ups MUST be scheduled. No drop-ins please! When you click the button below it takes you to the scheduler where you can login, choose a date and class time that works for you and make your selection. Your info will all auto fill except for the date you are making up for. Remember availability is opened as you and other families mark yourselves absent through your account. So check back if at first there is nothing open that works for you.
Cancellation: If you discover that you will be unable make a scheduled make up, please cancel it right away so you can be credited and not lose it. You can do this by logging back into your account, go to the make up scheduler and click the Cancel Make-up tab and your make ups will be listed for you. Click Cancel Make Up!
